Product Description
The JWELL waterproof membrane extrusion die is designed for wide PVC, EVA, and PE waterproof sheet products, with an 8 m die configuration stated in the source document. These sheet materials are used for waterproofing industrial and civil building roofs, underground structures, tunnels, and artificial lakes. The die architecture focuses on distributing material across a wide product and providing practical adjustment for different raw materials and finished thicknesses.
A computer-aided manifold design supports uniform material distribution across the width. The extended die lip is intended to improve orientation consistency in the finished sheet, reduce die expansion, and increase response to adjustment. At the transition between the central manifold and die lip, a curved intersection is used to improve lateral material flow and distribution.
The upper die lip is micro-adjustable, while the lower lip can be replaced to configure different product thicknesses. The documented normal thickness range is 1–4 mm, with a stated maximum of 10 mm. An adjustable restrictor bar extends the configuration range for different materials and thickness requirements. Together, these features give equipment buyers clear selection points for polymer, working width, thickness, and lip arrangement.
The source attributes impermeability, waterproofing, temperature resistance, low-temperature performance, strength, elongation, and aging resistance to the PVC, EVA, and PE membrane materials rather than to the die itself. Output rate, width tolerance, die steel, heating method, and line interface are not specified and should be confirmed before quotation.
