Production Process

Main Technical Parameters

1.High Efficiency Extrusion System

The 92/188 conical twin-screw extruder is equipped with a special screw design to ensure that the PVC powder is fully plasticized and mixed, and the extrusion is stable and efficient.

The barrel adopts cast aluminum heating and air-cooling oil-cooling temperature control. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, ensuring the forming quality of the granules.

Extrusion capacity: 800-900kg/h(SJZ92/188)

2.Precision Hot Cutting Process

Better particle quality, adapted to PVC characteristics

Higher production efficiency, matching the high capacity of the conical twin extruder, suitable for large-scale continuous production, die surface hot cutting through “multi-channel simultaneous cutting” cutting speed can be increased synchronously with the extrusion volume (tool speed can reach 1000-3000r/min)

Able to realize continuous “extrusion – cutting – cooling”, increasing production capacity by more than 30%

The die surface hot cutting is done directly in the molten state, and cooling only needs to be done on the particles (rather than the entire strip), which reduces energy consumption by about 20%-30%, and no waste is generated by the strip pulling. Effectively reducing material waste and energy consumption.

Real-time linkage between cutting and extrusion speed, stronger process stability, convenient installation and reduced operation difficulty.

3.Three-stage High-efficiency Air Delivery

The three-stage air conveying system is adapted to the characteristics of PVC particles. It is a key system for particle conveying in the PVC cone double hot-cut granulation production line. It connects all links of granulation through the “three-stage graded wind conveying” method.

Quick export and initial cooling can effectively avoid particle breakage.

Secondary air delivery: semi-dry particles are sent to the spring vibrating screen at a medium speed to ensure uniform delivery.

Three-stage air conveying: Use a stable wind speed to transport the cooled and dried finished particles to the storage bin to reduce dust and breakage.

4.Spring Vibrating Screen

The spring vibrating screen has excellent shock absorption effect and more stable operation. Compared with the rigidly connected vibrating screen, the spring vibrating screen does not require complicated foundation reinforcement and is more flexible to install. It is especially suitable for scenes with multiple equipment linkage in the workshop (such as connecting with the air conveying system in the PVC granulation production line).

Multi-layer screen design, high screening accuracy. Suitable for a variety of material states, whether it is dry or wet particles, a mixture of powder and particles, or materials containing a small amount of impurities.
