JWELL Chemical Fiber Spinning Engineering Auxiliary Equipment

JWELL provides coordinated auxiliary equipment for chemical fiber spinning projects, covering raw-material preparation, process-air control, quality inspection, component cleaning, and automated yarn-package logistics. Each system can be configured according to the production process, plant layout, operating environment, and automation requirements of the project.
Drying and Crystallization System
The drying and crystallization system supports continuous raw-material preparation before spinning. Its process scope includes raw-material screening, Roots-blower conveying, crystallization, drying, and secondary conveying. By connecting these stages into one coordinated material-handling process, the system helps deliver properly prepared polymer material to downstream production equipment.

Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration System
The air-conditioning and refrigeration system is designed to provide stable process air in line with spinning requirements and workshop conditions. During winter operation, return air is extracted from the spinning and winding area, mixed with an appropriate amount of fresh air, filtered, and humidified by spraying. During summer operation, the air is cooled by the refrigeration system, pressurized by the supply fan, purified through a medium-efficiency filter, and then delivered to the spinning positions and production area.

Testing Equipment
Testing equipment supports routine production inspection and quality control throughout the spinning process. The available equipment includes single-yarn strength testers, skein-length measuring machines, spinneret inspection instruments, moisture meters, tension meters, and other application-specific testing devices.

Preheating, Calcining and Cleaning Equipment
This equipment group is used for the preheating, calcining, and ultrasonic cleaning of spinnerets, filtration components, and other spinning-process parts. Different furnace, vessel, and cleaning-unit configurations can be selected to suit the component type, cleaning workload, and plant maintenance process.

Automatic Winding, Packaging and High-Bay Warehouse
The automated logistics system covers the complete downstream workflow for polyester filament production, including automatic doffing, yarn-package transfer, packaging, storage, and warehouse management. Mechanized handling and digital production-management interfaces reduce manual intervention while supporting the coordinated development of industrial automation, information management, and intelligent manufacturing.
