Descripción del producto
The Jwell Engineering Plastic Cold-Push Plate and Rod Extrusion Line is developed for producing ultra-thick plates and solid rods from engineering and general-purpose thermoplastics. Typical materials include POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE and PP. The finished semi-finished products can be machined into gears, bearings, bushings, electronic components and other precision or special-shaped plastic parts.
A servo motor and ball-screw cold-push system provides controlled thrust, while an eight-zone PID temperature-control system maintains stable extrusion conditions. Automatic laser length measurement, servo cutting, counting and stacking support continuous production with reduced manual handling. JWS45 and JWS50 configurations provide reference outputs from 15 to 30 kg/h, plate thicknesses from 10 to 150 mm and product widths up to 1,000 mm. A quick-change mold design also supports flexible switching between plate and rod specifications.
