Jwell’s Aseptic Packaging Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) System represents advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technology that integrates blow molding, filling, and sealing of plastic containers in a single sterile state process, effectively ensuring the safety and quality of medicine use.

Integrated Packaging Technology: The BFS machine adopts specialized packaging-free technology with continuous operation, converting medical polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) particles into containers through fully automatic filling and sealing processes. This eliminates multiple production steps and reduces contamination risks inherent in traditional manufacturing.

Pharmaceutical Industry Applications: This equipment is widely used for producing sterile pharmaceutical containers including eye drops, aerosols, inhalers, injections, disinfectants, and large infusion bags.
