Product Description
The Jwell Biodegradable Plastics Compounding and Pelletizing Line is designed for the modification and pellet production of fully biodegradable polymers, including PLA, PBAT, PBS, PPC, PCL, TPS and PHA. It supports polymer-alloy blending and the controlled incorporation of formulation components for a wide range of sustainable material applications.
Typical processes include starch-filled modification, bamboo or wood-powder filling and mineral-powder filling. The modular twin-screw platform can be adapted to the thermal sensitivity, moisture requirements and mixing demands of different biodegradable formulations. Available CJWH and CJWS configurations provide reference capacities up to 1,020 kg/h, giving manufacturers a scalable platform for developing and producing biodegradable compounds.
