Product Description
Jwell’s JWSSG Series Pipe Shredding and Crushing Unit is a heavy-duty industrial solution specifically designed for the large-scale recovery of thick-walled plastic pipes without the need for manual pre-splitting.
Automated Full-Length Processing: This system excels at processing PE, PP, and PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 630mm to a massive 2000mm. Its unique design allows pipes up to 6 meters in length to be loaded directly into a horizontal feeding trough. Once loaded, the trough closes automatically and a hydraulic propulsion system pushes the pipe toward the center axis for high-torque, low-speed shredding.
Efficient Two-Stage Size Reduction: To ensure perfect granule quality, the shredded material is automatically conveyed into a secondary high-speed crusher. This two-stage process refines the material into the exact granule diameter required for downstream extrusion or granulation. By eliminating the need to cut pipes into smaller sections before processing, the system removes the labor costs and material “sawing waste” typically associated with pipe recycling.
Safe and High-Capacity Operation: The entire unit is governed by a centralized PLC control system, ensuring stable, energy-efficient performance and maximum operator safety.
