Product Description
The Jwell Engineering Plastics Compounding and Pelletizing Line is a versatile twin-screw solution for modifying polymers to meet demanding end-use requirements. It supports color modification, filler incorporation, polymer blending and other formulation processes used to adjust mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical and environmental performance.
The modular compounding platform can be adapted to different resin systems, reinforcement materials, additives and pelletizing methods. This gives engineering plastics producers the flexibility to develop compounds for automotive, electrical, electronic, appliance and general industrial applications. CJWS65, CJWS75 and CJWS95 models provide reference capacities from 400 to 1,800 kg/h, supporting both product development and high-volume manufacturing.
