Product Description
The Jwell Internal Mixer Pre-Mixing Compounding and Pelletizing Line is developed for formulations that benefit from intensive pre-mixing before extrusion. The internal mixer, also known as a kneader, thoroughly blends and partially plasticizes the raw materials before they enter the downstream compounding system. This is particularly valuable for heat-sensitive and shear-sensitive compounds.
Effective pre-mixing improves ingredient distribution and reduces the mixing burden placed on the extruder, helping lower the risk of material degradation while supporting a highly dispersed compound. Typical applications include highly filled compounds, color masterbatch, cable compounds, halogen-free flame-retardant materials and elastomers. CJWA75 and CJWH75 configurations provide reference outputs of approximately 500 and 1,000 kg/h.
