Jwell’s PET PLA Foaming Sheet Production Line delivers high-performance extrusion solutions for manufacturing lightweight foamed plastic sheets used across construction, automotive, sports equipment, and packaging industries.

Versatile Material Processing: This production line processes PET and PLA materials into foamed sheets with thickness ranging from 0.2mm to 2.0mm. The advanced extrusion system achieves outputs from 300 kg/h to 900 kg/h depending on model selection, enabling efficient high-volume manufacturing for diverse application requirements.

PET Foaming Advantages: After foaming, PET sheets demonstrate excellent barrier properties against oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, ensuring product protection in demanding environments. Superior wear resistance and surface retention properties maintain quality throughout product lifecycle. Thermal stability allows operation up to 200°C, making it suitable for high-temperature applications in building insulation and industrial uses.

Wide Industrial Applications: The foamed sheets are widely used in building insulation, sandwich structural material core materials, sports equipment, wind turbine blades, shipbuilding, aerospace, blister forming, printing, and packaging industries. PP foaming sheets serve automotive interiors including sunshades, soundproof panels, luggage racks, interior decorations, lids, and boxes.

Model Specifications: The JWE75/40 produces 300-400 kg/h with 132/37 kW power; the JWE85/40 delivers 600-700 kg/h with 200/45 kW; the JWE95/40 achieves 800-900 kg/h with 250/55 kW. All models produce consistent 0.2-2.0mm thickness sheets with uniform cell structure and excellent surface quality for further processing and finishing operations.
