Jwell’s Plastic Medical Hospital Bed Blow Molding Machine is specifically engineered for the high-volume production of medical bed components including head boards, foot boards, and protective guardrails used in healthcare facilities worldwide.

Specialized Medical Equipment Manufacturing: Designed to meet the rigorous standards of the medical industry, this series produces large plastic components with exceptional structural integrity and durability. The accumulating die head ensures consistent, heavy-duty parison formation that results in uniform wall thickness throughout medical bed components, even at large production scales.

Advanced Technical Features: The high-output extrusion system achieves 240 kg/h plasticizing capacity with 100mm screw diameter. Optional JW-DB single station hydraulic screen-changer system enables continuous material processing for different material requirements. Customized platen types and sizes accommodate various product dimensions from 100L to 160L capacity.

Industrial Reliability & Power: Built for demanding production environments, the series features robust clamping forces from 600KN to 800KN and massive platen dimensions up to 1120×1200mm to accommodate large molds up to 900×1450mm. The BM100 model offers 360 pcs/h output with 135 kW total power; the BM160 provides 300 pcs/h output with 172 kW power for heavier-duty applications.
