- Selection by speed, chuck length, tube size and package diameter
- 10-, 12- or 16-end source-listed combinations where populated
- Installation review using the documented machine envelope
Product Description
The JWELL birotor automatic winder series includes three documented models for fiber-spinning winding applications. JWAR1500 is listed for mechanical speeds of 2500–5000 m/min, while JWAR1680 and JWAR1800 are specified at 2500–3500 m/min. Their chuck lengths are 1500, 1680 and 1800 mm respectively, allowing selection around the required package arrangement and installation length.
JWAR1500 supports the source-listed tube dimensions Ø112/Ø126 and Ø120/Ø134. JWAR1680 and JWAR1800 are listed with Ø120/Ø134 tubes. All three models show a yarn-package diameter of Ø430.
The documented package-volume/stroke combinations differ by model and end count. JWAR1500 includes a 10-end value and a 12-end value. The 12-end row contains entries for all three models, while the 16-end entry is shown only for JWAR1680. Blank source cells remain blank in the translated specification table and are not treated as available configurations.
Each model has a listed width of 725 mm and height of 1228 mm. Overall length increases from 2768 mm for JWAR1500 to 2948 mm for JWAR1680 and 3068 mm for JWAR1800. The source does not state material compatibility, drive power, controls, package density or automatic-changeover time. These points require project confirmation. For a technical proposal, provide the intended yarn process, required speed, chuck length, tube dimensions, yarn-package diameter, end count, package target and available machine footprint.
