Product Description
The Jwell Thermoplastic Elastomer Compounding and Pelletizing Line is developed for TPE materials that combine the processing advantages of plastics with the flexibility and resilience of rubber. Its twin-screw compounding process promotes uniform blending of polymers, oils, fillers and functional additives to support consistent material performance.
The line can be configured for a wide range of thermoplastic elastomer formulations used in automotive, electrical, engineering, consumer and medical applications. Extended L/D ratios provide the processing flexibility required for complex recipes and controlled ingredient incorporation. CJWH65, CJWH75 and CJWH95 models offer reference capacities from 300 to 1,500 kg/h, serving both flexible production and higher-volume compound manufacturing.
