Application Scenarios

Product Description
JWELL U-lock polycarbonate sheet die is designed for U-lock PC hollow cross-section panels with thicknesses from 4 to 40 mm and widths from 600 to 1050 mm. The die and calibrator arrangement supports production of lightweight, high-impact panels used where easy installation and curved construction are required, including municipal projects, daylighting roofs, swimming-pool canopies, industrial roofs, skylights, agricultural greenhouses, and factory roofing.
The die core rod is cut using dedicated equipment and finished with a stated precision-polishing value of 0.015-0.03 μm to support smooth material flow. Elastic fine adjustment of the upper and lower die lips is designed to control relative product wall-thickness error within 3%. These values are presented as source specifications and should be confirmed for the selected panel design and operating conditions.
For thermal management, fully enclosed built-in electric heating tubes are controlled by zone. A heat-insulation plate is used to optimize process temperature and reduce heat loss. The calibration mould combines independently zoned vacuum extraction and temperature control, together with a vacuum edge-sealing device, to support stable panel shaping after extrusion.
This die series gives buyers a defined processing range and a coordinated die-and-calibration concept for U-lock hollow PC products. When requesting a quotation, purchasers should provide the intended panel cross-section, thickness, width, resin specification, UV-layer requirements if applicable, and line interface details so the die core, lip adjustment, heating zones, vacuum calibration, and connections can be matched to the production line.
