The line is equipped with a high-precision slot-die extrusion coating unit and can also be configured with large-roller dip coating or gravure coating units. Coating (casting) thickness deviation can meet 1%–2%.
The water treatment tank is designed for anti-corrosion, anti-rust, constant temperature, overflow protection, self-circulation and easy web threading. Optional peel-off and film-forming rewinding units, together with full closed-loop tension control, support flexible membrane processes.
