Jwell Hydraulic Screen Changer with Dual Pistons and Positions

This hydraulic screen changer uses dual pistons and alternating working positions for continuous, stable melt flow and controlled screen changes.
Key Selling Points
- Stable Screen Changes:Alternating positions maintain continuous melt flow and process repeatability.
- Position Control:Stroke sensors support more precise, controllable screen movement.
- Leakage Control:No-mechanical-seal design is intended for high pressure and temperature.
- Reduced Shear:Optimized honeycomb breaker plate supports the extrusion flow path.
- Six Model Sizes:Listed outputs range from 50-150 to 700-1500 kg/h.

Product Description
A hydraulic screen changer with dual pistons and two working positions is designed to keep polymer flow stable during screen changes. The JWELL unit uses an alternating operating mode so the melt stream remains continuous and process parameters remain repeatable while one position is changed.
Its no-mechanical-seal structure is intended to prevent material leakage under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. The design also reduces screen-change resistance and the hydraulic system’s required working pressure. High-quality alloy steel receives nitriding treatment to extend product life, while integrated engineering hydraulic cylinders are documented for long service.
A rheology-optimized honeycomb breaker plate helps reduce fluid shear during extrusion. Stroke-position sensors make screen movement more precise and controllable. Six models cover source-listed outputs from 50-150 kg/h to 700-1500 kg/h. Filter diameters range from 55 to 185 mm, paired filtration areas from 1,960×2 to 25,440×2 mm², maximum pressure from 40 to 25 MPa, and heating power from 7.5 to 18 kW. Each listed model has two heating zones.
For procurement, provide the resin, output, filtration requirement, melt temperature and pressure, extruder connection, available footprint, and desired control sequence. Confirm hydraulic-station scope, sensor integration, flange dimensions, screen media, and operating limits with JWELL engineering. The model data is preserved from the supplied parameter image and should be confirmed on the final project drawing.
