Product Description

A hydraulic screen changer with a single plate and two working positions provides controlled melt-filtration changes for extrusion lines. This JWELL configuration combines hydraulic actuation with a compact sliding-plate arrangement and is offered in nine documented models for different output and filtration requirements.

The extruder screw can be withdrawn directly through the screen changer, making disassembly and cleaning more convenient. Pressure-adaptive sealing uses polymer pressure before the screen to drive the sealing components, supporting effective sealing and faster screen changes. Penetrating bolts connect the unit to the extruder, while the modular construction is intended to suit different standard extrusion machines.

An internal heating device is documented for safe, energy-conscious operation, with fully enclosed wiring. The source model range covers output from 50-100 kg/h on JW-DB-50 to 1100-2000 kg/h on JW-DB-300.
