Product Description
Jwell’s JWH Series Waste Yarn Recycling Pelletizing Line provides a high-performance solution for converting pre-cut industrial fiber and yarn waste into premium-grade granules through a streamlined, automated process.
Seamless Integrated Compaction: The system utilizes a heavy-duty belt conveyor to transport pre-cut materials into an advanced compactor. Within this chamber, materials undergo simultaneous cutting, mixing, and heating, ensuring effective drying and densification before entering the extruder for maximum throughput.
Precision Feed and Purity Control: An integrated knife gate valve on the compactor automatically regulates the screw feeding speed, ensuring constant material pressure and stable operation. Coupled with a high-precision melt filtration system, the line effectively removes impurities to deliver recycled pellets with exceptional purity and mechanical properties.
Optimized Quality and Economic Value: Specifically engineered to mitigate thermal degradation, the JWH series maintains strict control over particle color and viscosity (IV) drops. With scalable models ranging from the JWH90 (200-350kg/h) to the high-capacity JWH180 (800-1200kg/h), this series offers a cost-effective investment between USD 40,000 and 100,000 for high-value fiber recovery.
