Jwell’s JWZ-BM Series Photovoltaic Float Blow Molding Machine is engineered for high-volume production of PV floating structures used in solar panel installations on water surfaces.
Renewable Energy Solutions: Produces photovoltaic floating components with high structural integrity and UV resistance for floating solar farm applications. The accumulating die head ensures uniform wall thickness throughout the float at large production scales.
Advanced Customization: Optional bottom sealing, core-pulling movement, and double-layer co-extrusion system for enhanced durability. Hydraulic servo control provides superior accuracy and energy savings. High-output extrusion achieves 350-650 kg/h plasticizing rates depending on model.
Industrial Reliability: Features 800KN-1800KN clamping forces and platen dimensions up to 1600×2400mm. BM500 offers 120mm screw with 350-450 kg/h capacity; BM1000 provides 135mm screw, 1800KN force, and 550-650 kg/h output.
