Jwell’s JWZ-BM Series Double Station Blow Molding Machine is a high-performance industrial solution designed for the mass production of hollow plastic containers, ranging from small daily-use bottles to large 20-liter industrial carboys.
Multi-Industry Application: This series is engineered to meet the diverse packaging needs of the food, chemical, and toy industries. It is ideally suited for manufacturing milk bottles, soy sauce containers, shampoo and detergent bottles (up to 5000ml), and a variety of children’s toys. The machine’s flexibility allows it to handle everything from intricate 100ml shapes to heavy-duty 20L vessels with consistent wall thickness and superior finish.
Advanced Technical Configuration: To ensure operational efficiency and product quality, the JWZ-BM series features a continuous-type die head and an optional servo-driven mold moving system. Manufacturers can further customize their production with multi-cavity die heads for high-speed small-bottle runs or pearly luster co-extrusion systems for premium aesthetic appeal. The inclusion of a single-station hydraulic screen-exchanger allows for seamless material processing, even when using recycled resins.
