Product Description
Jwell’s JWZ-BM230 Blow Molding Machine is engineered for high-volume production of 200L-250L double “L” ring drums, delivering exceptional efficiency and automated operation for industrial packaging applications.
Advanced Extrusion System: The machine features a high-output extrusion system with a 120mm main screw delivering 350 kg/h maximum plasticizing capacity (PE). The accumulating die head ensures consistent wall thickness distribution throughout each drum, while 24L accumulating volume supports stable parison formation at high production speeds.
Automated Production Workflow: The system integrates robot collaboration technology that automatically removes flash from products, collects waste material, and performs secondary cooling and shaping operations. This automation significantly reduces labor costs while improving overall production efficiency and product quality consistency.
Dual Servo Control: Standard dual hydraulic servo control enables independent control of each L ring section, providing precise management of the forming process. The 37Kw servo oil pump motor delivers energy-efficient operation with responsive accuracy throughout the production cycle.
