The PE Breathable Film Production Line is a high-performance manufacturing system designed to produce advanced microporous breathable films using PE air-permeable plastic granules as raw material. This production line employs precision extrusion casting technology to transform PE-modified granules containing inorganic fillers into ultra-fine porous films with sub-nanometer pore structures.
Advanced Extrusion Casting Process: The system utilizes a flat die extrusion mechanism where PE air-permeable granules are melted and formed through precision tooling. The molten material then undergoes high-ratio roller stretching, which creates a uniform network of sub-nanometer scale microvoids throughout the film structure. Versatile Production Capacity: Available in two main configurations—JWS130 with 160KW motor power producing films up to 1600mm width at 450-600kg/h output, and JWS160 with 200KW motor power delivering films up to 2200mm width at the same throughput rate.
