Product Description
The Jwell Single-Screw/Twin-Screw Two-Stage Recycling and Compounding Pelletizing Line combines recycling, melt filtration and formulation modification in one continuous process. PP, PE, PC, PET, ABS and other base materials are fed into the single-screw extruder for melting, plasticizing and pressure build-up. The melt then passes through a continuous screen changer and melt pump before entering the twin-screw extruder.
In the second stage, the filtered melt is blended online with fillers, additives or other formulation components to complete the required modification and pelletizing process. This staged design separates stable melting and filtration from intensive compounding, making it well suited to recycled feedstocks that require both purification and property adjustment. Reference capacities range from 500 to 4,000 kg/h across the available SE/CJWH configurations.
