Product Description
The Jwell WPC Wood-Plastic Compounding and Pelletizing Line uses a co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder to blend polymer resin with wood flour and other formulation components. The system is designed to provide the distributive and dispersive mixing required for stable wood-plastic composite pellets used in profiles, decking, panels and other WPC products.
Based on long-term application experience, Jwell can supply either a conventional production configuration or a high-output, heavy-duty version according to the customer’s raw materials and capacity requirements. CJWA75 and CJWA95 models provide reference outputs from 500 to 1,500 kg/h. Process and downstream configurations can be tailored to material moisture, filler content, pelletizing method and factory layout.
