Product Description

The JWC series polymer melt filter is a vertical, dual-cylinder switching design for synthetic-fiber production. The source describes smooth switching, straightforward operation, reliable performance, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, and no special requirement for the working environment.

Its documented melt path enters from the bottom and exits from the top, while the flow passes from the outside toward the inside. The internal passage is described as compact and smooth, without dead zones. This arrangement is intended to support continuous filter switching and stable yarn operation. The source also states that the vertical jacketed design uses about 30% less energy than a horizontal arrangement; current official JWELL literature repeats this comparison.

The supplied table covers CPF-PT single-area models and CPF-PT2 paired-area models. Filter area ranges from 0.6 m² to 15/9.5 m², with separate rated-flow columns for PET and for PA, PP or PE. Applicable screw diameters range from 65 to 200 mm depending on model. Shared limits are listed as 25 MPa maximum melt pressure, ≤0.6 MPa hot-medium pressure, 6 MPa maximum allowable pressure differential and ≤310°C operating temperature.

One PET flow entry is printed as “65–750” for model CPF-PT2-12/7.5F, which appears unusual and must be confirmed before publication as an approved performance value. For selection, provide polymer type, required throughput, screw diameter, operating temperature, pressure conditions and preferred filter-area arrangement.
