Product Description
The Jwell Grafting & Chain Extension Pelletizing Line is engineered for reactive extrusion processes that modify polymer compatibility, adhesion or melt viscosity. Typical applications include silane grafting of PE for cable and pipe compounds, as well as maleic anhydride grafting of PE, PP, EVA and POE to produce compatibilizers for blends and composite formulations.
The line can also be configured for chain-extension reactions involving PET, PLA and PBAT, helping increase melt viscosity during continuous compounding. Long processing sections and controlled screw speeds provide the residence time and mixing conditions required for stable reactive processing. Available configurations cover reference outputs up to 1,800 kg/h, enabling customers to match the line to different polymers, reaction systems and production targets.
