Jwell’s JWZ-BM D-Series Double-Station Blow Molding Machines deliver high-efficiency production for 200ml-5000ml toiletries packaging, including shampoo bottles, body wash containers, detergent bottles, and other personal care containers.

Dual-Station Configuration: The double-station design enables parallel production operations, significantly increasing output efficiency compared to single-station machines. Each station operates independently, allowing continuous production while one station loads/unloads.

Versatile Bottle Production: With three models (BM05D, BM12D, BM30D), the series handles products from 5L to 30L maximum volume. Each model features appropriately sized main screws (75mm, 90mm, 100mm) and plasticizing capacities (90, 160, 190 kg/h) to optimize performance for specific bottle sizes.

Premium Finish Options: Optional pearly lustre layer co-extrusion system adds attractive visual effects to bottles, enhancing product appeal on retail shelves. Die head cavities can be selected based on specific product dimensions for optimal results.

Automated Workflow: The system supports optional auto-deflashing on line, scrap conveying, and finished product conveying systems. These automation features reduce manual labor, improve production consistency, and enhance overall line efficiency.

Flexible Configuration: Continuous die head structure ensures stable parison formation. Optional JW-DB single station hydraulic screen-changer system handles material changes without stopping production. Servo motor control (optional) provides precise platen movement for consistent quality.
