Jwell’s JWZ-BM Series Traffic Cone Blow Molding Machine is specifically engineered for the high-volume production of road safety products including traffic cones, road pyramids, and logistic insulation barrels.
Versatile Safety Equipment Production: Designed to meet the demanding requirements of traffic management and industrial packaging sectors, this series produces containers ranging from 30 liters to 100 liters. The accumulating die head ensures consistent, heavy-duty parison formation that results in uniform wall thickness throughout the product, even at large production scales.
Advanced Technical Features: Manufacturers can opt for bottom sealing functionality to enhance product integrity, or core-pulling movement systems for complex part geometries. The optional hydraulic servo control system provides superior accuracy and energy efficiency, while the high-output extrusion system achieves maximum plasticizing rates of 120-190 kg/h depending on model selection.
Industrial Reliability: Built for demanding production environments, the series features robust clamping forces from 280KN to 600KN and flexible platen dimensions to accommodate various mold sizes. The BM30 offers 80mm screw with 120 kg/h capacity and 600 pcs/h output; the BM50 provides 90mm screw, 180 kg/h capacity, and 450 pcs/h; the BM100 features 100mm screw, 190 kg/h capacity, and 360 pcs/h.
