Product Description
The Jwell Petrochemical Powder Pelletizing and Modification Line is a high-capacity co-rotating twin-screw extrusion system for converting polymer powders into uniform pellets and modifying powder-based formulations. The process combines continuous feeding, intensive mixing and controlled pelletizing to support stable downstream handling and consistent compound quality.
Designed for demanding petrochemical production environments, the series is available in multiple sizes for both large-scale pelletization and powder modification projects. CJWS95, CJWS135, CJWS145 and CJWS177 models cover reference capacities from 1,200 to 10,000 kg/h. The broad model range allows customers to select the screw size, speed and output level that best matches their resin, formulation and plant capacity.
