Product Description

The PP Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Production Line is a comprehensive manufacturing system engineered to produce high-quality polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabrics through advanced spun web formation and hot-roller consolidation technology. This versatile production platform supports multiple configurations to serve the medical, hygiene, and industrial nonwoven markets.

Flexible Configuration Options: The production series offers six distinct models across two technology tiers. The S-series (single-spinneret) includes JW-1600-S (3-6T/d), JW-2400-S (5-7T/d), and JW-3200-S (8-10T/d) with grammage from 9-250g/m². The SS-series (dual-spinneret) offers JW-1600-SS (5-10T/d), JW-2400-SS (10-12T/d), and JW-3200-SS (12-20T/d) with focused grammage of 10-120g/m². All configurations operate with effective widths of 1600mm, 2400mm, or 3200mm.

Customized Material Solutions: The production system utilizes polypropylene as the primary polymer, supplemented by color masterbatch for aesthetic customization and functional additives including anti-oxidation agents, anti-pilling treatments, and flame retardants. This formulation flexibility enables manufacturers to produce fabrics with specific color specifications, enhanced durability, and specialized performance characteristics tailored to end-use requirements.

Versatile Product Range: The same base equipment can be reconfigured to produce S (single layer), SS (double layer), and SSS (triple layer) product series, meeting diverse market demands from lightweight draping materials to heavy-duty protective fabrics. The hot-rolling consolidation process ensures consistent web integrity and optimal fabric handle characteristics across all grammage ranges.

Comprehensive Application Coverage: These spunbond nonwoven fabrics serve critical functions in medical environments including surgical gowns, drapes, masks, and protective barriers, as well as hygiene applications such as disposable diapers, sanitary products, and adult care items. The combination of cost-effective polypropylene economics, customizable properties, and reliable production capacity makes this production line an essential investment for manufacturers serving the global nonwoven fabric marketplace.
