Product Description
Jwell’s Double-Station Blow Molding Machine is engineered for high-volume production of small to medium containers including gear oil bottles, lubrication oil bottles, and cooling water tanks ranging from 1 liter to 20 liters capacity.
Dual-Station Production Advantage: The innovative double-station configuration effectively doubles production output with dry cycle rates reaching 700×2 pcs/h for 5L products and 600×2 pcs/h for larger containers. This design maximizes machine utilization while minimizing cycle time for cost-effective manufacturing operations.
Versatile Container Solutions: The continuous die head structure accommodates different product sizes through selectable cavity configurations. Whether producing compact 1-5L gear oil bottles or larger 20L cooling water tanks, the system adapts to specific production requirements with consistent parison quality and uniform wall thickness.
Advanced Optional Features: Manufacturers can enhance production lines with multi-layer co-extrusion for barrier properties, view strip line systems for visible liquid levels, and JW-DB single station hydraulic screen-changer for continuous material processing. Optional automation includes auto-deflashing, scrap conveying, and inline leak testing for complete quality control integration.
Model Range & Specifications: The BM05D handles up to 5L with 75mm screw and 90 kg/h capacity; the BM12D manages 12L containers with 90mm screw and 160 kg/h output; the BM20D processes up to 20L with 160KN clamping force.
