Product Description
Jwell’s JWZ-BM 30/50/100/160 Series Blow Molding Machine is a heavy-duty industrial system engineered specifically for the high-precision manufacturing of large-scale automotive components and industrial containers.
Comprehensive Automotive Solutions: This series is optimized for the rigorous standards of the automotive industry. It is the ideal platform for producing high-strength, complex hollow parts including car urea tanks (AdBlue tanks), toolboxes, automotive seats, air ducts, bumpers, spoilers, and flow boards. The machine’s robust design ensures that large-surface-area parts, like spoilers and bumpers, maintain structural integrity and aerodynamic precision.
Technical Precision and Scalability: Equipped with an accumulating die head and a high-output extrusion system, the series offers a massive plasticizing capacity of up to 240kg/h on the BM160 model. Manufacturers can customize the platen size and type to accommodate diverse mold designs, while the optional hydraulic servo control system provides significant energy savings and smoother mechanical movements. The integration of optional bottom sealing and automated take-out robots enables a fully modernized, labor-efficient production line.
Robust Material and Process Control: To ensure consistent part quality, especially when using complex resins, the series can be configured with the JW-DB plate-style hydraulic screen-exchanger for seamless impurity filtration. With clamping forces ranging from 280KN to 800KN, this series provides the necessary pressure to produce high-density, durable parts for the most demanding vehicle applications. Priced between USD 150,000 and 300,000, it represents a versatile and powerful investment for Tier-1 automotive suppliers.
