Jwell’s JWZ-BM 500/1000 Series Blow Molding Machine is a colossal industrial system specifically designed for the manufacturing of heavy-duty plastic pallets and extra-large industrial containers up to 1000 liters.
Heavy-Duty Pallet Manufacturing: This series represents the pinnacle of large-scale blow molding technology, optimized for the production of blow-molded pallets used in logistics, warehousing, and heavy industry. These pallets require exceptional load-bearing strength and impact resistance. The machine’s massive accumulating die head (up to 90L) allows for the rapid formation of large-parison structures, ensuring consistent material distribution across a wide surface area.
Extreme Power and Efficiency: To manage the immense scale of these products, the BM1000 model is equipped with a dual-screw extrusion system (120mm * 2) delivering a high plasticizing capacity of 700kg/h.
